Problem Statement
Technology has grown at such a rapid pace that no aspect of human lives is untouched by it. Every other sector uses technology for their advancement and to improve the customer experience. One such sector where we can use technology and get unprecedented results would be the health care. It would be possible to better public health and lower the expenses by integrating all the health records of the patients within a single secure network.
5 Whys Approach
It is an iterative process to identify the root cause analysis of an underlying problem by repeating the question "Why" (Five Whys Technique, 2009).
Let us apply the 5 Why approach to our health care problem.

The system shall comply with the HIPAA (Health Information Privacy Law and Policy) for security standards.
2. The system shall store the health record for all the patients.
3. The system shall be available for use 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
4. The system shall have a maximum response time of 5 seconds.
5. The system shall be able to work on multiple web browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Internet …show more content…
The system shall be able to store the lab reports of the patients.
Operational Scenarios
It is a very useful and logical method for developing the operational requirements. Following are the operational scenarios in regard to the health care industry.
1. Storing of all the health data for patients into a centralized system
Physical Environment: It would be a website that could be run on the computers, laptops, and smartphones.
General Sequence of events: Advantages: Since all the records are maintained at a single place, it will reduce the effort and time of physicians while examining a patient.
2. The system shall comply with the HIPAA (Health Information Privacy Law and Policy) for security standards.
Physical Environment: A testing lab incorporated with the security patches and troubleshooting mechanisms to test the system.
General Sequence of events: Advantages: Since the patient data is very crucial, it cannot be compromised at any cost. Relevant safety features like following HIPAA rules and regulations will ensure the privacy of user accounts.
Objectives Tree
Objective analysis is used to refine the objectives for a system. The output of this product is known as the Objective Tree (John Wiley & Sons, 2015). Figure 3 below depicts the Objective Tree for providing a centralized
