Most the telemedicine projects were failed in the sixteen 's because of bad and poor financing for these projects. Also the cost of developing these projects or systems tended to be high, and that time the technologies was not widely used. Nowadays, every person has a mobile application in his hands so, the costs of the telecommunication technologies has dropped so hard and people now are aware of the huge benefits of the electronic technologies. Also, one of the biggest challenges of the telemedicine technologies is the privacy and security of the patient 's information. In the other hand, the telemedicine applications use a very complex technology infrastructure in the surgeries and some of its types. The computer-based data must be confidential and protected. Some diseases needs the physical treatments such as urinary incontinence (UI) in women because it is a very critical health problem that affects the life of these patients, such diseases can be monitored from long distance using the telemedicine technologies but it must contain a physical therapies.
