Hamilton works for the America can be forgot at times and seeing not as amazing as they truly are. He did amazing things for the beginning of America that are still be using today. Alexander's upbringing wasn't easy but it gave him the drive to exceeded as much as possible through his works as a political scientist, government official, journalist, military leader, economist, and lawyer. The federalist papers are eighty- five letters written to newspapers in the late 1780s to help urge the ratification of the U.S. Constitution. Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay weighed in with a derided of essays to help with the ratification of the constitution. Hamilton wrote two- thirds of the essays. He addressed the objections of opponents who feared a tyrannical central government that would supersede states rights and encroach on individual liberties. The federalist papers were originally published in New York newspapers. Hamilton looked to William Dier and Gouverneur Morris as co- authors, but Duers intitalvessays were not sufficient for Hamilton, and Morris was too busy to participate. In total Hamilton wrote 51 of the essays, Madison wrote 29, and Jay wrote 5. Almost every week a new essay was published and sometimes three or four was printed each week. The essays were later formed into two volumes and shipped throughout the states. The focus of the federalist papers were mainly New York and Virginia, which were top leaders were strongly opposed to ratification of Constitution. By publishing these Federalist the Constitution was ratified on July 27,1788 with a vote of 30 in favor of the ratification and 27 against it.
