Research shows that physical activity helps prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Everyone has the potential to get Alzheimer’s as they get older, especially because, well, everyone gets older. This is due to physical activities boost to the production of a protein known as BDNF. BDNF boosts overall brain activity, which leads to stronger neural connections inside the brain.
