This article has been peer reviewed. The article is a survey of adults and youths in the United States to establish the prevalence of obesity among them between 2011 and 2014. It is related to the other sources since it about obesity and its prevalence. The study population included a few Hispanic and Africa-Americans (Ogden et al. 3). The Author is a freelance writer in Vermont who has an M.A. in Asian studies, and seems reliable due to him using more than one point of view and not just his own. The Author’s audience is probably people who look at unhealthy food as a problem in the world, and agree that healthy food is a better choice. This report is just another explanation on why unhealthy food can be bad for anyone, but it was explained very thoroughly with a lot of helpful information. This report shows important information useful for my research because it explains how much unhealthy food people consume.
