Conflict from staff who does not feel they are doing something wrong: Conflict is something that usually happens between health and social care staff especially when they do not agree with one and the other. There are some workers who feel that they are always doing something right even when they are wrong. Some colleague can find it difficult to correct them as they may be aggressive to them. Cultural and religious belief conflict with policy is a particular focus in the work place. Staff may see that there are a lot of policies in their work place and this may be worrying you to follow because of your culture and religion belief. This may bring conflict between staff with policy, it is best for individual to avoid this by talking to others in the workplace and see what they may think or if possible, talk to your manager so that staff will able to work within the legal ethical and policy guideline.
