Hypothesis: Majority of male grizzly bears go fishing early in the morning while the female grizzly bears and their cubs go fishing around the evening. By the evening, most of the male grizzlies bears are all fed up and less likely to be present near the river area. Female grizzlies go looking for food during this time to protect their cubs from aggressive male grizzly bears. Design: First I will randomly pick out 15 photos from 9:00am- 11:00am and pick another set of 15 photos from 4:00pm- 6:00pm of the grizzly bears fishing at the McNeil River to test my hypothesis.…

When the competitive gymnast won the title of national champion after all of her hard work, she gave her longtime coach a beatific look. The terrifying behemoth tramped in the direction of the group of tourists as they ran away screaming in horror. In order to persuade her parents to buy her a car, she washed the dishes, walked to school, and took care of her siblings as blandishment.…

Short Term 12 was a very interesting movie. It had hints of being realistic, but with aspects where you knew it was a movie. It’s about a group of workers who work in a foster care residential facility setting. The main character, Grace, deals with her own personal struggles while she supervises the children at the facility. I have a short bit of experience at a facility like Short Term 12 in some aspects; I can see where parts of the movie are realistic and where are some are an exaggeration because it is a movie.…
My ability to write essays and research papers in the proper format and structure supports my claim that I am an average writer. Through my experience in AP Language, as well as AP Literature, I was taught how to construct essays utilizing rhetorical techniques, argumentative essays, and research papers. Writing a minimum of two essays per week allowed me to practice the craft of writing and ensure that when i am constructing an essay it is executed properly in structure. The ability to compose these varying types of papers show that I am an average writer. Being able to write and express complete ideas is a major part of writing.…

When I first learned that I would have to complete multiple IAT tests, I automatically had an idea of what I thought my scores were going to be for each test. For all of the tests, I assumed that I would receive a score of moderate preference. I especially assumed that I would receive a score of moderate preference on the Race IAT test because that was the score that I had received when I took the same test last year. Turns out, I received a moderate preference score on the Gender- Career and Age IAT tests, and a strong preference score on the Race, and Disability IAT tests. I think when I first found out that I had received a score of strong preference on the Race and Disability IAT tests I was at first very shocked and confused about…
