Everything considered, without a doubt, the future Army forces must develop the competency to sustain operations under settings of scarce natural resource availability by implementing methods which would lower the consumption and minimize reliance on those resources to overcome resource related challenges and guarantee freedom of action. In terms of Human resources, the future Army will require a set of capabilities in order to ensure commanders have the right Soldier, with the right competencies, at the right time.
