Students were able to just take a laptop. With a procedure, the teacher would be able to know who has what laptop. Also, a procedure to promote all student to read the outline. I could example of this is a process I observed while subbing called popcorn reading. Where a student starts and then passes it on to another student by saying their name. It very effective in getting everyone to participate in the classroom.
Did your teacher exhibit withitness? Give an example of when withitness was or wasn’t demonstrated Evaluate the importance of withitness for effective management.
"Withitness" is a term created by Kounin to describe the teacher 's awareness of what is going on in all parts of the classroom at all times. We commonly refer to this as "having eyes in the back of the head." My teacher exhibits this by being aware of what her student was doing. She would frequently montor them while doing an assignment. Also, if a student was not working and just putting their head down. She was fast to notice and fix the problem. This important because she was able to see that everyone was staying on task and following her classroom rules.

What were the rewards or incentives provided to the students? Did you agree with these rewards? What rewards will you use in your classroom?
At the high-school level, there were little rewards that I witness to students. The main reward is being able to participate in school activities or free-time. She gave the student the opportunity to do so when the finish the class assignments and any other work they had at hand. I plan to teach elementary this is a different level. My reward system would be a variety of rewards and treasure/candy box. That they will need to learn with a token economy, done with the act of giving out points towards the rewards.

Her class is a resource room one. She did not give out homework but assisted her student with other classes homework. She would have assist of assignment they were missing and on someday she has them do HW instead of a lesson. I hope to teach a CD elementary classes depending on the how I may or may not give it. But the student 's parent will be alerted and I expect the homework to be on time . But will not take a point off if they are late since the hw may be hard to get done quickly due to the student
