The writers propose that adolescents having more than one sex partner will increase the risk for acquiring STDs and HIV. The authors found out that most of the adolescents do not have multiple concurrent sexual partners. Nevertheless, many adolescents only keep a short period of relationship and change the sex partner frequently. For the adolescents who are lack of knowledge to prevent STDs, multiple sequential will also increase the risk of having STDs infection. Meanwhile, the authors point out that adolescents had sex with the partner who come from high prevalence infection community may have a higher risk to get infected with STDs. The authors research that alcohol and drug use are high risk factors of early initiation of sexual intercourse. Finally, the authors remind the adolescents that they must use condoms correctly and
