Don’t let the little annoyances of life make you angry. Control your temper. These are a couple of saying that most people have heard at some point in their life, they also pertain to one of Benjamin Franklin’s virtues, Tranquility. It seems as though many people struggle to control their temper including myself. My temper has become a problem that I must deal with. It has caused me to lose sleep, friends, and the image of the person I want to be. I feel that the best way for me to become a more tranquil person, would be to get a note book. In the note book I would put the date at the top of each page, then every time I get angry I would put a tally mark on the page. I would also have another note book and in that note book I would
