I tend to be a perfectionist, always seeking higher performance. I’m well-organized, punctual and dependable, which are characteristics of a conscientiousness person. I’ve worked at my job for ten years and received perfect attendance 5 years in a row. I never call in sick, unless I’m really sick or I have family obligations or emergencies. These traits have helped me grow in my organization, and proved my good work ethic. They know they can rely on me and rely on my superior work performance. Agreeableness is described to be a person that is sympathetic, trusting, cooperative, modest, and straightforward. I believe to have all of these characteristics. I’m a very loyal person and I treat people with the respect that I expect in return. I love helping people and I am a very compassionate person. I decided to work in a nursing home because I wanted to help people and make people feel good. Even though I don’t physically take care of them, I make them feel good by acknowledging them, by talking and making them laugh or smile. I’m also a team player which also falls in agreeableness
