Enterobacter was spread from patient to patient due to inadequate attention to infection control measures, especially hand washing. Enterobacter is well equipped to cause nosocomial infections. It’s ubiquitous in the environment and can survive on skin and dry surfaces as well as replicate in contaminated fluids. The incidence of nosocomial infections due to Enterobacter is rising and broad resistance to third generation cephalosporins and penicillins and quinocilins is an increasing problem. Among beta-lactams, the fourth generation cephalosporin and carbapenems are the most attractive options. Aminoglycosides retain good activity but usually have to be couples with another agent. Quinolones are highly active against most strains but emerging resistance is a major concern.

You can defend yourself from a bully only for so long before it finds something else to taunt you with. Bullying is everywhere and you can’t stop it all at once. It is a wide spread problem and just like some diseases, it has a broad range of effects. A bully could make you feel bad about yourself and mentally abuse you. They could also physically and emotionally damage you. The same can be said for bacterial infections as well. No one knows where these bacteria are at any given time and when they will attack the body. They are as unpredictable as when next your oppressor with strike. One ends up only playing catch up with the damage a bully has done as well as bacteria. when bacteria strikes and causes a life threatening disease that may or may not be curable but is fatal, you don’t go telling the victim that it will all be alright and everything will be fine. at this point in time all you can do is try to cure the ailment and let the body 's immune system learn how to fight it off with the aid of modern medicine so that in the future if that happens again or something similar, the body will not just stand and watch as it gets abused by the bacterial infection. You try to console the bully 's victim and tell them it will all be alright.
