The concept of strategy is of relatively recent origin within the world of business and management, with the first studies emerging in the 1950s’. Since then, talk and texts about strategy have expanded rapidly, and spread in the organizational world (Knights and Morgan, 1991; Svenningsson, 2000 in Alvesson, 2002). In management and business world, organization’s strategy can be defined as a systematic planning to be chosen to accomplished the goals of the company.
Several strategies have been implemented and will be implemented to achieve the mission and vision of Dorsett Grand Labuan.
