Patient is a 62-year-old right hand dominant female sonographer/cardiovascular technician who sustained bilateral pain and numbness of hands, left arm and shoulder due to repetitive movement. Per OMNI, the patient had bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, left rotator cuff tendinitis, and strained muscles and tendons of the left rotator cuff.
Per the medical report dated 07/19/16, the patient is being evaluated for her progressive paresthesias in both hands along the median nerve distribution, involving the thumb, index, and long fingers, especially when she performs repetitive activities.…
