The staff was shown to be a friendly, welcoming crew who lacked a sufficient work ethic and desire in their specific jobs. Not one group could be blamed for such circumstances, it is more of a few individuals giving the majority a bad image. Consumers should also make sure and voice any concerns they have at their local grocery store, without their insight of a non-employee, the staff may not realize what they do or why their actions or words may be construed as inappropriate or wrong. The solutions offered could be a start to helping with this issue but without an overall change in heart and the employees recognizing their lack of service for customers is the only thing that can bring a solid foundation for
