Last Pap smear was obtained one year ago with negative results. Last complete blood work was assessed with a physical done one years ago with normal results. Tuberculin test was last done in December 2009, with negative results. Family/Social History
Patient is a single female engineering student, currently residing in New York with her parents. She is a non-smoker, and non-alcoholic. She denies use of illicit drugs. Ms. A does not follow any specific diet, but states to have maintained same weight for the last three years. Her parents support her financially. Patient is the only child of living parents, with no history of any chronic ailments.
