Leaders may have a great influence on the direction that the company is going based on their style, work ethics, credentials, background, and influences. Leaders are also capable of persuading the majority of a population due to their respectable positions. In this case, one the things that they focus on is catering and making the campus military friendly. Only 15% of institutions are military friendly. These organizations have the ability to choose the organization domain, geographic area, markets, products, services and field of operation (Rainey, 87). Therefore my being a part of the only institutions to make military and veteran personal feel at ease and comfortable, is one of the areas that Keiser University take pride in. Additionally, “Allows the organization to create or shape their environment as much as they simply react to them” (Rainey, 87). We have to remember that decision about the area of an organization is the nature of its environment. The more efforts Keiser University puts in their military-friendly environment, the more veterans would want to attend and the more the more the school will be known for that specific
