In our meeting we talked about difficulties going on in the workplace. We came up with plan design for the Managers having issues with their teams, and how the Managers who have been successful with their teams to take control and help other Managers in need.
Step 1: Come up with and Organizational goal, improve your teams communication
Step 2 : Break the goal up into sub-goals
1- Find out where the team communication is breaking down
2- Create opportunities for the team and managers to communicate.
3- Reduce overloading of information from other staff members.

If Managers mindset are not in counseling their team when the team feels as a failure they will not be successful. Communication in a group is the most important stage of working on a successful team.
Being able to identify self-directed, and high-performing team and it’s successful characteristics is to get through the five stages forming the assembling of the team, storming the conflicts of members setting norms, norming devise roles within the group, performing the group is at the most effective, adjourning disbandment of the group. Most unsuccessful Managers get stuck in one of the beginning stages and unable to move forward without help. Recommendations for success is guidance and training from another Manager that has been successful in high group performance. A designed plan for a struggling Manager is setting goals, well- training, and communication with every group member. Goal setting helps each member feel included in every step, training is essentially important and needed when it comes to group or individual projects.
