Caring for and educating patients about their conditions, as well as keeping the patients family informed are very important to maintain order and control. You have to build trust with the people you care for. Nurses end up working with a variety of patients, from pediatrics to specializing in one of numerous possible areas such as neo-natal intensive care, cardiac care, neurologic care or dermatology. Nurses must be very observant and adamant about recording patient behavior. My biggest aspiration from working as a Registered Nurse is that I will be looked up to. Not out of desperation or need for reassurance, but just to know that what I will be doing at the time is making a difference in some way or another in a person’s life. I will feel pride in my job no matter what I do or who thanks me. I will always know that my job is essential because without it, people would not survive in certain situations. I look forward to saving and changing lives. Another big accomplishment in my job would be having someone I treated discover that they too would like to be in the medical field. Knowing that I inspired someone would be a great thing to always remember if I was feeling down. Even if I tried my best and failed on someone, I would know that someone, one day, would succeed in that. That is why I want to be a Registered
