He still did numerous of negative things. First, Henry VIII was constantly trying to take over Scotland. This way he could have take it over a also rule over them as well. Though his plan backfired because after his many efforts to take over Scotland, he sent them into an alliance with France, who was greatly against him. Though, eventually Henry used one of his alliances to go to war with france, this being the third war of his rule so far. On the other hand, in the times before Henry’s rule, the British navy started out with only three ships, this increased as he reigned as king until he died. At this time there were about 50 ships to the British navy, according to history.com. Plus, fivegoodthingsdaily.wordpress.com said that besides him gaining ships he founded the Royal Navy in England. Even though Henry founded the Royal Navy gained ships for their navy he lost a lot of people due to him beheading them. First, King Henry had a legacy full of killings. He was majorly known for killing almost all of his 6 wives. Two of his six wives were annulled because they could not provide a son to come to the throne once Henry passed, they each only could give him one daughter each. Also he executed two other wives because neither was able to give him children so he decided to behead them as the solution. Lastly, he got married to a woman who was also not able to provide a son for she had died of natural causes.
