The neutral stimulus would be my father’s belt, the unconditioned stimulus would be his spanking he would give me and the unconditioned response would be the fear of my dad when he get angry. The belt would then become the conditioned stimulus causing the conditioned fear to take place. Fear is also an indicator of classical conditioning because it is an involuntary response to something scary. Observational learning to me is pretty clear and could even be applied to a similar setting. If I were to see my dad abuse my brother, I would not only shelter the consequence he is going through as my own lesson, but I could also establish a vicarious emotional response similar to the previous example. My last example would be watching brother skateboard. My brother was not just a model that reinforced or punished behaviors, but he was also my role model and essentially my mentor on many things.
