Managers can better communicate with these stakeholders and employees on other workers in this culture on who should they hire, easier in making discussing business decisions that affect the firm due to understanding their culture, and easier in assigning tasks to these workers that does not ruin the workflow of the workplace (Pinillos & Reyes, 2011). Furthermore, managers can utilize employees from the collectivist culture need of concern in driving these employees to constantly improve in their job tasks while they are trying to fulfill their need for belonging in the workplace (Pinillos & Reyes, 2011). The advantage of managers understanding the individualist culture such as the American society in communicating with employees and stakeholders is as follows. Managers will be able to communicate effectively with individualist employees and stakeholders in that they speak their minds. This form directness conveys a sense of honesty and trust that forges easier communications (Graham & Lam, 2003; Zhang, Liang, & Sun, 2013). This is also similar involving managerial communication with high (HC) and low context (LC) cultures.
