Some of the minor changes the author would implement include the scheduling of meeting with line officer, first line supervisors, midlevel managers, and finally command staff members. The purpose for this is to listen to and address the needs and concerns of personnel at those different levels, and to take forward to the other meetings those concerns. There are many types of leaders presiding over different businesses, organizations, teams, and governments. No one leader is the same. The narcissistic leadership style and the covenantal leadership style are two different styles of leadership that affect organizations differently. Both leadership styles can lead to a successful organization, but one can potentially harm the organization due to the traits that contribute to a personality disorder. The leadership style of any given leader varies according to the set of principles and values held by the leader. The leader must set the example for other within the organization to follow. If a leader is arrogant, self-centered, and egotistical, members of the organization either will follow that individual or disconnect from them. A leader with good morals, ethics, integrity, and good values will require the same from those within the organization. However, the leader must be the example and set the example.
