Diet diary of student 69574336 provided more information compared to my previous diet diary I reviewed. In the given students bodyweight was 132lbs; I assumed student is within the age group of 31-50yrs, healthy and active person.
According to the Canada food guide average daily energy requirement in age 31-50yrs old for an active male is 2600-2900 Cal and for an active female is 2000-2250 Cal.
Protein requirement
Daily protein requirement of 0.8-1g pre body weight (kg) in healthy adults
Protein requirement 0.8x59.87= 47.89g
Fat requirement
Fat intake should be 30% of total day calorie intake
2600x30/100 =780 Cal from fat

The student’s diet comprises enough fruits and vegetable to provide dietary fibre/ vitamin and mineral and antioxidants. However; it can be noticed that milk or milk related products have not been consumed by the student during the given week. According to the Canada food guide person in age 19-50yrs should eat 2 servings of milk or alternative. So; the Students diet is lack of milk and milk related products’ would like to suggest her/him to add milk/yoghurt.
According to National Institute of Alcohol abuse and Alcoholism, for women, low risk drinking is no more than 3 drinks on any single day and no more than 7 drinks per week. For men; no more than 4 drinks on any single day and no more than 14 drinks per week. Alcohol consumption is considered to be within average consumption for male or female.
In conclusion, this diet is much better in terms of nutritional content, quality of food compared to previous student (3181267) diet. However; Milk and milk alternatives have not been consumed during the given week, if milk is dietary restriction due to allergy or food sensitivity other alternative sources such as cheese to be considered. Furthermore; consider adding more polyunsaturated fat to the diet. Fish is good source for PUFA but also good for calcium since she/he hasn’t had enough
