Eye contact is almost or is a necessity for living because it is what you call an ice breaker or a window opener. When you are talking to someone if you are not looking at them the other persons usually thinks you are not interested the topic at hand and tend to get upset or aggravated. Making eye contact during a conversation shows you are interested and betters the conversation at hand, also making things more of a comfortable environment for the two or more. In my eyes all different types of eye contact occur. There are certain types which can be described. There is the quick fast look, which you do in order not to get caught staring, the dead stare, which is to either get someone’s attention or maybe show interest, the on and off look, where you look at the person and keep going back and looking at them to see if he or her is looking back to show interest and lastly the movement of eyes in a certain direction to try and tell something to someone which is important and needed to be stated at that specific certain time right then and
