Organization “has culture” means many organization has same culture but organization “as culture” means each organization have its own identity or unique culture.
Conclusion :
Basically culture perspective present early 1980’s through evolution this organizational studies has turned into various interesting stages. From that time onwards the researches were concern to differentiating culture and climate. Though they tends to be same in with respect to values and belief but from perpective point of view its different.
Though the article has attentaive distinguish between two term culture and climate but in the long way it seems to be same in all point of view. If we go by surface then the difference between two term is quite clear but from deep level diversity the distinguish disappears.
Organization climate is derived from the Organization culture. Organization culture and Organization climate are two different entites and organization climate is a subset of organization culture.
