Even after the slavery’s abolition in the U.S, different communities such as black and white people lived apart, and that segregation, specifically between minorities in general and especially Blacks and Whites in America, contributed to racism. The minorities as well as black people were so oppressed, even several generations after, the wounds are still active in their hearts. They are victims of discrimination which means according to Henslin “Unfair treatment directed against someone”. In fact, discrimination is observed in our everyday life in different ways. As example of discrimination, women are most of the time discriminated by men, it is a discrimination based on the gender. However, they also faced a situation of prejudice that the psychologist John Dollard suggested that “Prejudice is the result of frustration”. Service Commission, I will probably ask the Americans to accept other culture as the constitution required to not judge based people on the skin’s color, their religion, their nationality. It is a fact that some extreme Muslims do not accept the American way of life because they value their religious laws more than the constitution of the US. They do not value what the US as a country of freedom gives them when they are looking for asylum. I will enforce the law against any ones who manifests a racism behavior. I will create more job, and ask to reinsert the people who get out from jail. I will plan several awareness training and education to promote the diversity and life in the society of multicultural background to live and come together as one to stronger more than ever.
Finally, I think that people should not be judged based on their skin’s color, their hair, their religion, their culture nor their ethnicity group because after all, we are all from the human race with few physical differences. Sadly, the thing is that she racism cannot disappear just like that. There will always be someone somewhere who is going to provoke or discriminate another
