A major ethical issue would be that the Antequil and the placebo look exactly the same. Therefore, a participant that is taking the placebo may feel positive effects in their mind. The problem with that is if a participant believes to be feeling positive effects from said pill it leads them to believe they are in the treatment group. Ethically that could cause a problem in said results. ( )
