High schools send in yearly reports regarding the number of graduates receiving specific diploma seals as well as the number of students dually enrolled in colleges and technical schools. These reports are reliable, relevant and consistent. The reports are not biased or opinionated; however, the surveys may not be as reliable being that they are subjective in nature. Students’ high school transcripts track individual students as they transition from high school to college.
