Based on the comparison data that has been compiled from my 3-day food diary on Eatracker, running from March 13th to March 15th, each day I basically ate meals that consisted of the same food with small substitutions between the 3 days. For instance, for breakfast I would have my lemon water and omelet everyday and dinner I would usually have chicken with a side dish that could vary from roasted potatoes, Caesar salad or brown rice and for. Now since most of meals for each day consisted of the same food, any of the 3 days could best represent my typical eating pattern. The day that I chose to analyze was the second day, March 14th 2016. To begin, by examining my nutrient intake based on my food intake for March 14th, the nutrients that…

A famous philosopher named Aristotle claimed in his time that men’s abilities are far superior to women’s as women are monsters deviated from the generic human type. Women were depicted as imperfect compared to the dominant male ideal. From this statement, we can assume that the idea of the divide between male and female started ever since ancient times where most of the males dominate many fields of education. In this modern day, many of females are trying to achieve the ideal body type which is a socially constructed image of the ideal type of body for both genders. According to Hesse-Biber (1996), she stated that many numbers of women are more vulnerable to have disorderly eating habits for the goal for the cultural ideal of slimness, where…
