When I was younger, I didn’t have many friends to hang out with outside of school. To cope with a lack of a social life, I would spend my summers sitting in front of a television while eating. I refused to go outside on my own, and my laziness was a factor to the additional weight. Another problem I have is I eat when I am in emotional distress.
