These people might feel the necessity to pee often, urgently, might even go at night, or have trouble peeing. Constipation may also occur when bowel movements become hard to do.
Trouble walking, multiple sclerosis can cause muscle weakness, which makes it hard to move and walk. Sclerosis causes balance problems, numb feet and fatigue which making it more difficult to walk.
Fatigue, about eight in ten people feel fatigue. Fatigue causes weak muscles, slowed thinking, and sleepiness. Fatigue may occur even after a good night’s sleep.
Muscle spasms may also occur and can after mostly the leg muscles. This is an early symptom that happens in about 40% of the people with multiple sclerosis. The pain might vary from mild stiffness or strong.
Sexual trouble, women may experience vaginal dryness and men may experience erection problems. Both men and women might have a lower sex drive, or have more trouble reaching orgasm.
Speech problems, people with multiple sclerosis have long pauses between words and people with advanced stages might have swallowing problems.
Thinking problems, people with multiple sclerosis have trouble concentrating. These people might have slowed thinking and poor attention.
