The 14th Amendment of the US Constitution proclaims that all persons should be treated equally because they are all “humans”; with this in mind, animals in Captivity should also be treated all the same because they’re “human beings,” except that they just need to talk to be classified as “humans.” Animals in Captivity face several problems; for example: a shorter lifespan, severe stress, pain and neglect, but most importantly insufficient amount of food.
