To me the idea of abandonment sounds wrong because he claims God does not show him any signs, so he decides to remove him from his mind however, never gave any attention to the signs God may have given him. Any sign from God big or small is still a way he is trying to communicate with people but, Sartre never claimed he tried to find any or recognize them. He also claims the possibility of becoming a Christian man and says humans like freedom to a certain extent which sounds a little contradicting. He claims he follows a specific lifestyle without a religion but has similarities just as any religious person. He sounds as though he does believe in God even if he does not want to admit it or just is contradicting. He understands there is a higher power but says humans are responsible for their lives and others around so, it does not sound very free if you are constantly worried about your actions for others. If he believes there is a higher power, it does not sound very convincing that he is a true atheist. We live in a world full of different perspectives on life, to me this one seems contradicting and not as true as it may seem. Sartre claims one thing and then believes another like he is afraid to admit the truth. In the end, I do not agree with his idea on life and I do not believe it is true what he
