The federal court system contains three main levels; one is district court, circuit court and supreme court of the U.S. Supreme court deals with matters of the state and is the highest court in state. Circuit court, resides over cases where parties are dissatisfied. Lastly, district court, jurisdiction over cases that involve civil and criminal actions.
