While traveling in the vicinity of Hurffville and Cooper Street, I was dispatched to a motor vehicle complaint. County Dispatch advised the vehicle was a sedan, marron in color. Dispatch also advised the caller was behind the vehicle at the Heritages and it was travelling towards the firehouse on Cooper St. I started my way towards the caller’s location, when I observed the vehicle passing Jones Ave, on the wrong side of the road. Amy Perkins was advised of the Potential Liability form and signed off on it indicating she was taking responsibility of Kerianne. I released Kerianne at 1607
