The limit for saturated fats was also 150 calories, putting me almost twice my limit. In order to have a better understanding of the overview of these three days, I must take into consideration that I was still in my sophomore year of high school, thus eating only what was available to me. Under the food category of oils, I was over my target by 1 teaspoon. Looking at my day-to-day ratio, I was over my target by 4 teaspoons, being attributed by the caesar salad and salad dressing. Day two, I had a 2-5 ration, where I was under. On day 3, I was 1 teaspoon over, being possibly attributed to the oil in the mayonnaise of the BLT, which I did not eat. The mayonnaise put me over my target for oils, which if it was not added, I would have been in the ‘OK’ range. Under the category of proteins, I was under my target by 1.5 ounces. On day 1, I was on target where as on days 2 and 3, I was below average. This can be attributed to the fact that only on day 1 did I eat lunch and dinner.
