Answer :
Alan is the sole owner of Foreign Auto shop. Being a small sole proprietor, the task given by Alan to his employees is very much structured and well defined. The duties assigned to each of his mechanics are relatively easy and does not require extensive supervision because most of his seven employees are specialized.
