Prior theoretical and empirical attempts to elaborate the definition of the intercultural competence domain were integrated and synthesized in the context of global leadership. The purpose of the research is to establish the content domain of the intercultural competence with regard to global leadership. A lot of scholars have made numerous efforts to specify the competencies that are crucial to the success of the global leaders; however, their works are fragmented, and the definitions vary in conceptualizations. The research presents a clear and rigorous definition of what is the intercultural competence domain and proposes three factors and seventeen dimensions that constitute intercultural competence. As a result, it enhances the effectiveness of possible future both theoretical and empirical works regarding this area of research. The framework provided by the researchers may serve as a solid foundation for further works that focus on more sophisticated aspects of intercultural competence. Taking into consideration the prior research on the topic of the creation of a global leadership model, the author of the article identifies a leadership team development paradigm. The purpose of the current research is to create and characterize a new paradigm of major leadership perspectives because little research has concentrated on this issue.
