Wellness is the balance between mental and physical health.
Wellness is a state in which both the body and mind are in balance with one another. Many factors affect overall wellness, some of which include, Emotional health or the understanding of one 's feelings. Environmental health or the respect with one’s surrounding and for other living things, this can also include work or school. Intellect or the encounter with new ideas and ways to expand one 's knowledge. Lastly physical health or ways to maintain a healthy body and seeking the body’s needs.

Poor time management can be procrastination, and it can deal with self control. Skills involving managing your time include setting goals, prioritizing task, and seeing where your time actually goes.
Complications
ex. Stress (Sleep or Depression): What is normal versus abnormal stress? How much stress does a person have to face before it becomes a problem? At what point is stress debilitating? What key factors cause stress?
Sleep: The lack of sleep can dumb you down, according to WebMD, “ Lack of sleep hurts these cognitive processes in many ways. First, it impairs attention, alertness, concentration, reasoning, and problem solving. This makes it more difficult to learn efficiently.” If you don’t get enough sleep you will potentially forget what you learned or experienced in that day. This may lead to being grumpy or froggy which can lead to an accident throughout the day. Studies have shown the loss of sleep and poor-quality sleep also lead to accident or injuries during work. Others say the lack of sleep can cause increase in hunger and appetite, and possibly to obesity. According to the NCAA, injuries cause emotional responses such as, “Sadness, isolation, irritation, lack of motivation, anger, frustration, changes in appetite, sleep disturbance, disengagement” (Putukian). This is very common in student athletes due to the high pressure to perform at a high level both athletically and in the class room. It can lead to high levels of stress and hours spent rehabbing and visiting doctors.. Injuries to the brain can bring serious changes to one’s behavior, cause problems with memory, and make it difficult to remember new information.
