As mention before one of the contributors of causing stress is becoming involved in extracurricular activities while being a full time student, even though extracurricular activities plays a positive and important role in a student life it can also contribute many stressors. Though, American and universal understudies may experience common stressors in school, impression of what are considered as scholastic stressors and their responses to these stressors may contrast (Misra, R., & Castillo, L. G., 2014). Some students might find it difficult to find a balance between their course loads along with the extracurricular activities. As a student myself I have experienced that wanting to participate in certain activities that conflict my school schedule often forced me to focus on picking between the two. Of course causing me to push the school work aside to participate in the activities causing delay on my assignment, this delay not only harms a student’s grade but as well as causes a student unwanted stress which is harmful to one’s
