After taking a closer look of based on my daily food choices, I can sense that I am not fully meeting the calories that I need. Dietary recommended ranges. After taking a look at my results, it seemed to show that I lack a lot of nutrients based on my daily food choices. After learning about this, in order to meet the guidelines, I decided to go in a healthier path. In my changes, I decided to eat equally in every portion of the meal and never skip a meal.
