During my freshman year of college, a friend of mine had a very noted view of college’s underlying purpose. He believed that college is probably the largest growth experience that you will have in your life; I see now how that is true. Students all over the world are growing in their own way, whether that be together with their friends or eventually growing apart, sticking to their major or discovering something else entirely different. I for one am someone who was lucky enough to have been able to maintain my passion of my chosen major of psychology. I hope to some day bring success to the school system. Some of my primary goals as a school psychologist are to motivate all children to learn, help them improve in learning and behavior, provide a full range of psychological services in diverse settings, advocate for a child when they are in need of support, and to continuously grow professionally; I truly believe _______ will help me to achieve these goals.
