These colours represent places which have removed the death penalty or haven’t. The blue represents they have removed the death penalty for all crimes, the light yellow represents the death penalty being abolished for crimes not committed in exceptional circumstances for example war, orange represents the death penalty being abolished in practice lastly the maroon still has the death penalty but only for certain offences.

But what about the right to feel safe? That’s not always the case but what about, the families that were affected on behalf of the person who destroyed their whole life just because he or she had problems in their life. The death penalty gives the families closure, not having to think about the person who destroyed there family, still alive, getting fed and also having whatever medical treatment he or she needs. The prisoner has the right to life yes? We could let him live stay in the prison but he could do bargaining with people he could connect with the outside world and get people to hurt the ones who have already been hurt.
