We stared to learn more characteristics of each other. We all had our own ideas, so we all were initiators in this task. Lydia is a story teller. We would try our best to do this task whether it would be a success or not. Successful result is not the only standard for us to judge success. Learning some new things would be much more important than being successful. I learned that there was a lot of different methods to solve the same question. Although conflicts appeared, we finished our task easily and successfully. Trust was fully established. We trusted each other while we were doing the task. We also shared feelings and ideas freely.
We started to work together to do the task following Amber’s idea. It was not a easy task for us to do. It needed a lot of work, so we worked together. The tools were not well prepared, so the height of the card house was limited. As a result, we built the house with only 54 cards. During doing the task, conflicts were still happening. The amount of cards which were used for the bottom of the house was a difficult question. However, the conflict was dealt with quickly. The task was successful. And then, we tried the second method. We finished it quickly because we had the experience of doing this task.
We had a conclusion about doing this task together. Although we had some conflicts, I felt that it was a pleasure to do this task with them. We all said our feelings about working in a group. We had a successful experience in doing this task. And then, we said goodbye with each other and joined in the new group to do a new
