The Board is informing potential and current college students of the current trends. Being founded in 1900, the Board has been assisting students for over a hundred years. The authors of this article are creditable. Sandy Baum is a professor and teaches higher education finance and policies. She has her doctorate and has been published fifteen times. The second author, Jennifer Ma has her doctorate in economics and is a research economist and policy researcher. Ben is a “senior policy analyst” (Lorin). The foundation “is dedicated to the renewal of American politics, prosperity, and purpose in the digital age through big ideas, technological innovation, next generation politics, and creative engagement with broad audiences” (“New America”). The foundation has been active for sixteen year and focuses of public policy issues. The company is not on either side of the issue of tuition making the company unbiased. Mr. Miller is unbiased as well because of his professional standing as a senior analyst. Lorin had to have an interview with Mr. Miller because an article to support what Lorin provided was not found as well as Lorin credits Miller by using “said” (Lorin) instead of states insinuating she spoke to him. Miller is a professional which is shown by his status as senior analyst making him a creditable source.
Lorin’s next source is the U. S. Census Bureau in the September 2014 report. This source is creditable because this is a government site. The Bureau has been taking censuses since 1790. The method of collecting information has changed over the years, but the information has been kept unbiased for the use of statistic information. The source has no side to take on the issue of college tuition. Many individuals work on government reports which takes out the personal opinions. There is no on author for government reports giving no one person credit but
