This paper describes the basic leadership theory and the leadership in Judlau Contracting-OHL Group. Judlau Contracting, Inc. is going through the merge with an international group. All policies relating to the leadership become a different version. This goal of this paper is to show the writer’s learning knowledge from the class. The culture of Judlau is work as family. Judlau is a family. It survives, in fact, thrives, on the energies and resourcefulness of its employees. The employees are the life blood of the company. The steady growth is based on the company culture and the ability of our project teams to deliver project after project on or ahead of schedule, all the while working with community groups and agencies to lessen the impact of the projects on the lives of the community.
As an employee of Judlau, I can feel the warmly climate in the company. People treat each other like a family member. As the sentence on our wall, “Attitude makes big differences”, the employees are loyal, trustable, responsible, and hard working. The culture and climate makes a successful company that keeps the work and employees safety and quality.

The team effectiveness includes task performance, group process, and individual satisfaction. Judlau runs a lot of project at the same time. In order to accomplish them, each team has a project manager and some project engineers. Also, operation manager handles the reginal projects.
