Here, there is social ownership of many activities in the world including sport and other forms of entertainment. Karl Marx once proposed that knowledge will at one time be the basis of wealth as opposed to labor and capital. In this case, the society is predicted to be self-sufficient in production and utilization of resources in a fair and free manner. Information sharing is also a possibility in post-capitalistic society as a result of the negative effects that are likely to come as a result of capitalism. These effects include inflation, global warming, and unemployment for a larger proportion of the world’s population. Work councils are to determine the need for economic rewards and they should be awarded by merit through participatory economy and this is possible through the use of democracy.
