In the time of women development it is inevitable that the menstrual cycle will be be a part of one’s life. With some women being college students, socializing with others and education play a great amount of time in the college experience. Menstrual cycles can cause symptoms and behaviors that may cause change in women’s everyday life for a short amount of time. “Periods” (an alternative name to menstrual cycles) alter communication with instructors and colleagues and also affect academic performance(Esen,I, 2016). The research question is do menstrual hygiene management intervention improve education and psychological outcomes for women and girls in low and middle income countries? Collecting data the researchers mostly used the method of qualitative data. They collected their data by doing intervention groups with medical authors where the responses were taken and compared with one another. The results of the research had a positive impact on menstrual knowledge, but failed to assess other relevant outcomes.
Answer Research Question: Menstrual Hygiene management interventions would improve educational and psychological outcomes because if the women feel clean and good about themselves it would give them more confidence to focus on their education.
Effects of Menstrual Cycle on Sports Performance
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of menstrual cycles on female athletes’ performances. The research question is how does a menstrual cycle effect a female athlete 's performance? 241 females participated with data. Their mass index was collected. Then, the ladies filled out a questionnaire with 21 questions about how their menstrual cycles applied to them. After different physical course of the menstrual cycle, majority of the students expressed that it did not affect their performance at all.

The research question was When women are on their menstrual cycle how does it affect them physically and emotionally? The data was collected by a questionnaire, which was used to have qualitative information on how the woman coped with their menstrual cycles and how it made them feel when they were doing active activities , then researchers used it to create quantitative data. Although the pain increased with menstrual cycles, the women’s physical attributes did not change by a large amount, barely any at all.
